Yea, that one. In this one I was just asking how the site can be improved basically. Hope I get this in before it gets deleted again...

In all honesty, it depends on who the mods are more than the number of mods. People already complain that the 3-5 active mods we have over moderate the forum. Adding more could be a bigger problem. I'm a fan of the idea of having mods assigned to specific sections and a couple super mods which are basically over the other mods and mod the whole forum. I also like the idea of adding a 2nd co-admin.

I have taken a break from things around here over the last week. Had to get caught up on some homework since i start a new class tonight. I can only imagine how crazy the classifieds are now. should have net at the house soon so i'll probably be around more often

I think the main thing is that all the mods/ admin have to be on the same page. All working towards the same goal. And consistency is also key. Make sure the rules apply to everyone.

I moderate mostly in the general sections. The TD is not supposed to need too much moderation.
