Sickning low-end subs

Why would anyone tune a subwoofer box in a car to 20hz? Can you say way too over exagerrated low end with crappy upper bass response?
28-30hz is as low as you should ever realistically need to tune for SQ (SQL) in an automobile playing music. Dont forget about transfer function guys, it already exagerrates sub 40hz material (in most situations).

You aren't gonna get 'sickening low end' or even very good low end with a 40hz tuning, I dont care what brand name is on the dust cap.

I can't go 15s. And the TIs are 3hp motors //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif. I have the HD3s in mind right now @ 34-35hz, I can't go stage 2s because of coil options.

Get A DD 9512/15 whatever you want...and tune it to 40hz. Play a 30hz note, let the sub unload...and bam. Low end.

Only way to get the low end out of those Resonance built subs //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif...hence why all of them have a recomended tuning of 40hz. Believe me. I've used them...as well as MANY other subs.

I jam out to 10hz test tones at home. it's the only way to roll.
