Sickning low-end subs

Ok, the BLs didn't have the low-end nor could handle the power. I put the Eclipse TIs back in strapped at 2 ohms instead of 1 and absolutley destroy the low-end on the BLs. But it is weaker up high. What other subs have a monster low-end? I have an oppurtunity for some Stage 2s but not sure on the low-end, I am also looking at HD3s, I have heard those destroy the lows.

i keep hearing the BL's are all that great.. arent they a step up from the Q, but doesnt the Q have good low end or is it SQ oriented?

My TIs are about equivelent to SI Mags. And the box is 4.8 @ 32hz (for 2 12s).

AA ava's have some sick azz low end, but i heared the upper hz suffers.

ava did have mega lowend and great upper end in my horn at least.

My two 12" Bl's are coming in a week can you elaborate as to why you didn't like them?

The thing is, most of those subs mentioned couldn't handle 2 Sundowns strapped at 1 Ohm very well daily, correct? One Sundown at .5 would be plenty for a pair of Avas, IDMax's, or Mags.

32hz tuning doesnt seem like ur looking for low end to me.
