15kw for $20k doesn't make any sense to me. Just buy 3 AB vfl 500.1s and you have the same power at much much much less cost. I guess it's just RF for him.

efficiency is the point. while your 3 amps will draw 1600 amps of current these will only draw a combined 600amps. id pick the amp that draws less current if i had the choice/money

well that is one way of looking at it from your perspective. while you rather spend oh lets say $200 on an amplifier or $2000, Chicken(owner of vehicle) spends $20k like its $20, he is wealthy so it may not seem like much to him from his perspective.
