Need Amplifier Recommendation For Polk Components

Hey there!

Based on reviews i've read and opinions i've heard from people.. I just recently placed an order for a set of:

Polk Momo MMC6500 components and Polk Momo MMC650 Coaxials for the rear deck.

Now i know i need to push about 125-150watts or so to power these nicely.

But I am stuck as to what amp to go with. I was hoping you guys could recommend a nice amplifier that will make these speakers shine.

Also, i duno how much it matters, but I have a JL Audio 10w6v2 sub and a jl audio 500/1 amp already for the sub.

Well. I've got a set of them mmc6500's and I blew 1 of the tweeters and had a kx600.4 powering them. On 2 channels.

what kind of amplifier should I be looking for?

Look for 100-150 watts x 2 @ 4-ohms

I power my polks with the Alpine MRP-F450 and the sq is wonderful. For the comps you have you could go wth the MRP-F550 instead. You can amp your rears and set your gains acordingly. I also have the db's for the rear, is why I say this. I have them amped low. The momo's for front stage with the tweets, amped at near 3/4. These are both solid amps. Have been very happy with the performance of both the momo's and Alpine amp. Polk's are vey sweet speakers with a very natural sound.
