SI Mag(used) or Icon(new)

I really wanted to try out the icon but then i found a used mag on here for. Now i don't know what i want. The icon is $265 shipped new and the mag its $220 used ship. I have about 1100rms @ 2ohms and a 2.2 @ 32hz box but have room to build a bigger one. I listen to mostly rap in the car but listen to about everything else from tom petty to korn. What should i get?

well the Mag is D2 so you'll be using the 4ohm configuration so it might not work that well. I love my mag though.

The Icon is also D2, so your going to run into the same problem.

EDIT: BTW, if you have an amp that does about 1100Wrms @ 2 ohm, chances are, it's about 600W @ 4 ohm. The Mags (I'm guessing the latest available one), are known for being EFFICIENT drivers. Meaning, those subs don't NEED it's rated 900Watts to get loud. 600Watts might surprise you.

The Icon is still fairly new. So I don't know how efficient that driver is. And we may not know for a while because it seems as though everyone's feeding the Icons 1K+.
