Should I trade?

Have a Guy wanting to trade me a Kenwood screen ( kvt 617-DVD) for an amp and sub I have laying around (JL 10W3V2, and the amp is an old school Hifonics Zeus, made in usa amp)

Now, I dont need, or intend to use any of this, (I have a few alpine screens already, and my sub setup doesnt include any of this stuff)

Which would you do?
