Should I still disconnect my rear speaks if...

The type of speaker up front doesn't dictate having speakers in the back... You should make that decision based on your sound preferences. Most people prefer to keep the sound stage (Where it sounds like the sound is coming from) up front, using only the front speakers.

All personal preference though.

 
i like having my sound up front with a little sound in the back. But low enough where its mostly for the rear seats.

This is how I have mine setup right now. Until I get a much nicer front stage and an amp to power them I just fade it mostly to the front.
