Should I sell/trade my 2 15's for 4 12's?

I know nobody can tell me what I should do, but I'm bored and looking for opinions.

I have two treo ssx 15's and they absolutely BANG! They could maybe hit the higher sub freq.'s a little better, but honestly I think that's a box issue. I'm running 4000 watts rms to them and they take it like a champ.

Here's the question: Just to be trying something different, should I ditch the 15's and try 4 12's that handle 1000 watts rms? More cone area, so it should be louder, eh? FI Q's ported with 10 cubes maybe? Should be nasty, huh? Would it fvck over my two 15's?

Oh man, those Q's would be amazing. My single 12 always surprises me when I turn up the volume....low end is remarkable.

Yeah, I think I'm gonna do it. Depending upon what I can sell my treo's for, is gonna determine what 12's I'm getting. Any other suggestions? Remember, 1000-1200 watts rms.

I probably only have enough power for one, lol! Had a 18"xxx, and it POUNDED! The 12's seem like they'd give me more sub-range though. We'll see!
