should I sell my kx2500? if so what should I get

One of my buddies offered me $500 for my Kicker KX2500. I really like my amp and I really like it since its kicker. Everything in my car is kicker. Subs, amps, mids, highs, etc. But I know $500 is a pretty good price for it since its used.

What do you guys think? Should I keep it or sell it for $500?

Its powering two 15" L5s right now. I plan on keeping the same subs for a while...I might upgrade to L7s but that would be about all I changed to.

If you do think I should sell it what should I get? My subs are dual 4 ohm.

yeah 2500's are beasts...I have a 1200 and love it...the only thing I would upgrade to would be a 2500.

Only main reasons I would want to get rid of it is bc I think I could get another amp that puts out close to the same amount of watts, if not more for much cheaper. Also the organization I compete in has their classes based on the MSRP of the amp you use, and the kx2500 MSRP is $1800 which puts me in the highest class makin me go against all the vans with 300 15s lol.

Yeah. Nothin wrong with that. They are tested more than brand new ones.

The one I have now is refurbished.

all i can say is that if this amp had a varible SSF it'd be the perfect amp.

i miss my 2500 so much (but i am happy with my mojo now ). did perfectly daily 1ohm, 90amp alty and 2 red tops. the BEST amp for the money out of any amp ive owned. it's amazing in every way. sell it for 550, ge the new one, save up for new subs (or do a tc 5200, my 2500.1 LOVED it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
