Bro, It's Sales 101. What is the first thing that is going to pop into the buyers mind when you go over everything you listed and throw in the fact that it has 171k miles.
Pick one thing out of that paragraph that you read to them and tell me what 9 out of 10 people will say.......
"$171k miles!? How much is the asking price? From the looks of the car, I was expecting around 100k miles, but not 171k miles......"
I have been in sales for 8 years including supervising, managing, and director level. This above is what we call a rebuttal. This is something you will need to get around.
They obviously dont like the mileage on the car, but ya can't change that, so guess what you will have to do... Lower the price.
All of your add-ons and replaced parts aren't going to mean much when it comes down to the drivetrain. You need a new ****** very soon, bushings all around, motor overhaul, etc...
