Should i just get a mutha lovin horn?

ok, so i have re components in the doors hooked to a crunch 700.2 and four pheonix golds also connected to that facing forward. i am getting another crunch amp this time a 1000.4 and hooking up the pgs to the four channel and the res to the two channel. with the way i have now i just cant seem to hear voices. i have 2 18 dc lvl 4s and that was when i had the aq 2200 but now i have the crescendo 3500 so itll be worse now. so will i have to get a selenium horn? do they have sound quality at all?
