Should I get a crossover?

As of right now I have a Alpine IVA-D300, I am thinking about getting a crossover for it. I heard this guy's F-250 and it was disgustingly loud. He had a crossover and kinda made me think to get one to adjust all my shit. Is it worth it? I also might be switching back to my Pioneer AVH-P6600DVD so let me know what you think...

Crossover to adjust what?

Do your comps not have passive xovers? Doesn't your sub amp have an xover?

Was the F-250 running the same exact set up as you? Maybe he has better speakers/more power.....

I'm not sure but I liked the fact that he could change the sub and everything all off of one switch in the front instead of a bassknob. I was just wondering on some other people's opinions. The difference between mine and his is that he had 6 of the subs I had, and about 6 times the amount of door speakers I have. then diff amps and diff tv.

lol........

that was the EQ he was messing with. u have crossovers in the side panels in ur trunk u tard.....the orion ones......lmao.

the f250 had an assload of eminence 6.5's, 8's, and tweets like mine, with a 3 way crossover.

luis, you dont need a crossover. component sets come with crossovers.
