You cant just say it will take four days exactly and expect it to be there. It could be there in 3 days, it could be there in 7...its a toss up. Hes a good guy so dont make him out to be the bad guy.

Do not file any claims until you find out what exactly is going on. Who knows, it might have been a mix up and it went to the wrong place, or didnt get shipped at all due to a mistake in addressing. Relax buddy...
