the Landcruiser is 55 k now. I would get an Infinty before I would even look at the landcruiser now.toyotas go for over 40k?
ya. but most companies are giving some good incentives right now. my dad just picked this up for 28k stickers at 35. he got 8500 off and then after taxes and remote start got it for 28 out the door. its an 09 by the way. the 20s look pretty good for factory options.the Landcruiser is 55 k now. It's fairly difficult to find a Crew Max 4x4 with the 5.7 that stickers for less than 40K. To the OP, if this is a 5.7 4x4 CREWMAX (4 full doors) I'd do that in a heartbeat. IF this is either a Crew CAB with the smaller rear doors, or only has a 4.7, or is 2wd, I've seen tons of Tundras missing one or more of those options that stickered for 35 or thereabouts.toyotas go for over 40k?
I used to think that way. My new motto for my next truck is go big or go home. IF you compare apples to apples in terms of equipment levels its possible to take home a comparable half ton for about the same as you'd pay for a decked out midsize. Again when you compare apples to apples and look at crew cab 4x4s with the big engine option the fuel mileage isn't that different, except maybe for the Colorado/Equator. But that truck is a cheaply made piece of junk.go for a midsize truck unless you plan to do a bunch of heavy hauling. Toyota Tundra, Nissan Frontier, Suzuki Equator are all good choices. Hummer H3T isn't bad either, but it's too expensive for what you get.
Good luck with that. Maybe a house that starts its life on wheels, and attracts tornadoes!I wouldn't pay $34k for anything....well, maybe a house.
