That ebay thing will give you a matrix site just as bonesninja posted. On some of these sites you actually have a chance of getting the product and on others the list is so long that it would take years.
I used to own a matrix site and if you want use one of them, what you need to look for is one that when you purchase the ebooks, they give you your own matrix that you are at the top of. That way all you have to do is find the number of people to sign up and you will get your product, instead of having to wait a long time for you name to get to the top, and then needing 10 more people or whatever the number is.
If I were you I would stay away from the ebay ones because first of all they are against ebay policy, and you never know exactly what type of site they will give you or if it is even reputable
