Should I Buy A Blown RE XXX15(newer model)

I visited a local shop and found out they have a number of blown subs that they'll sell for cheap. I saw they had a RE XXX15(6-7spoke basket on it) and it was blown, cosmetically it looked 8-9/10. I asked about it and was told they'll sell it for $100(I can probably talk them down a bit). I'm just wondering if you think it's worth it to buy it and get a recone kit from Fi or PSI.

Thats a decent price and is a bad *** sub when working. If you have the means I say do it
