shallow mount sub's

i am looking to put a system in my truck i have a 1997 gmc sierra SLE extended cab i am looking to buy a box or make my own for under the seat it will be a seald box ether 10's or 12's can i buy a box and put shallow mount subs in them or do i have to build a smaller box

Quastion is what is the best shallow mount subs looking to spend 200 for a pair

for the price i like the mb quarts and they sounded great in a dodge ram i put them in. and from my experience with pre fab truck boxes you buy on ebay you can only put shallows in them or the box sounds like crap.

I personally like the Polk Audio MM's, I have them in my car and they sound good. They are a full speaker but have a very shallow mount. Give them a look.
