set gains with 35hz tone should i use the one in the tutoral?

i set my gains using the 0db 35hz tone because my box is tuned to 35hz. would there be a difference if i set the gains with the 60 hz tone like it says in the tutoral? also is there a subsonic frequency? in the gain setting tutoral under the ssf setting part it says to use the subsonics frequency?
