no. it probably means somthing is shorting out..

Or you are trying to get too much current from the outputs, i.e. running too low an impedance or possibly clipping.

its from my xx colossus II. it doesn't blink hard its just a light blink and it is while music is playing. you cant really see it you have to really look hard to notice it.
