but the hunger is my motivation.. getting an auto dealer's license (which is around 200 dollars of schooling) then getting loans from the bank to buy cheap cars is my plan.. but how much capital would be needed to start selling cars? i dont plan to open up a whole lot.. i heard you can rent out just TWO parking spaces.. and that cant cost too much can it..? id say about 200 dollars a month would be my guesstimate.. doesnt that sound like a cheap business to start? all i would be basically doing is getting a license to sell cars.. the key thing is being able to buy them cheap from auctions //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.. and hondas sell like crazy over here in cali especially if the motor is good and its pretty clean. is my theory flawed?
Please tell me your plan is not to fix cars in a parking lot? Thats crazy man. Your tools will be gone the first night lol. Speaking of tools, gonna need a nice stack of cash for all the tools. Computer? Gonna become an llc? Your expenses will be much higher than $200/month.

It's a very romantic idea, I'll grant you.
Getting loans in any real amount at 22 yrs old with no credit and no collateral is gonna be nearly impossible, I would imagine //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
Especially with no business plan and a college debt with out the degree //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

hell no to law enforcement and my dad owns a smog shop and my brother works there also and they both know how to fix cars.. my dad has 30+ years fixing cars and my brother knows hondas inside n out.. also, ive only got one semester of college down so far //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif.. how many more to go?

I just started an apprenticeship doing electrical contracting and am moving out in a few months, the way rent is around here its gonna be hard to afford though.... so its a no on the law enforcement.... I would have to say x2 on staying in school, its tough to get a decent paying job without education... that railroad job sounded pretty bada$$

dude if i was your dad i would be a dick to.. you are 22 years old.. move out already...

If you are in school look into moving into the dorms.. at least then its paid for.. with loans...

Would it be crazy to suggest the military? You can complete basic and move on into workin in the motor-pool repairing trunks, humvees, etc...or hell, whatever else ya want if your qualified...

go into the air force or navy and work as a mechanic, all your schooling will earn you college credits, and all the wile you will get paid for it, full insurance, food, house, clothes, friends. maybe work with planes or soemthing, then you could get a job at an airplane facility for a major company building planes. make some good money there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

it's not a half bad way into an airline job too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif my dad got his AP&P then would trade work on planes for hours flying... eventually continental pilots went on strike and he had enough jet hours to get hired.... he doesn't even have a 2-year degree (AP&P is 1 1/2 year cert) and he's making 160k after his big ol' paycut...

anywho the military is a great place to learn skills when you are your age and don't have a good direction....

also student loans FTW!!!

I make 16k in loans AND grants a year plus ~5000 from my job where I'm an idependant contractor (can write everything off so it doesn't interfere with the grants) and my parents slip me 7500 a year under the table as to not screw with my loans....

it all adds up to ~29k a year and I only work 2 days a month //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif :D //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

oh but that means he travels a lot right? im not trying to do any traveling.. unless its to other countries hahah but i wanna do something where i have time on my hands after work..

Dude, you have no education, your own dad fired you, and are you still living at home?

You're not going to get a 'suit and tie' job, where you get lots of time to relax by the pool and smoke cigars, unless you're some scumbag vacuum salesman, so get really disappointed, and then get the **** over it.

What do you have that's worth staying in town for? If anything, it sounds like a job that moves you around the country would be a great idea, honestly. And please tell me you're not staying in town and passing up 50-100k a year for a girl, cause if she's gonna **** other people while you're gone, she's not worth sacrificing a better job over anyways.

Remember, bro's before ho's, and washington, lincoln, hamilton, jackson, grant, and franklin are friends for life.
