Series or Paralell

Hello,

I'm new to this site but I have a lot of car audio questions thAt I need answer to.

I've been installing for over 2years now, still learning mostly on my wife car and my own both toyota corollas 1993 and 1997.

my 1997 corolla setup:

Pioneer headunit DEH-P8600

6.5" Pioneer 3way front door

6.5" Pioneer 4way rear dash

4" Pioneer 2way rear dash

2 12" Pioneer Subs TS-W34C 4ohms ea. 500watts

rockford Fosgate 201s 600watts on subs

rockford Fosgate punch 100 on the door

rockford Fosgate .5 farad cap on 600watt amp

the question:

what would be better series or parallel to bridge my amp to them or should I even bridge? I would like best the sound I could get with my current setup.Plz Can Some1 HELLLLPPPPPP

^^x2...the lower the load the more power ull get out of your amps(if they can take the load) but ull lose control over the speaker...its not gonna sound as good(less precise) but will bang harder...

You need a new subwoofer amplifier homeslice.

A pair of single 4ohm voice coil subwoofers with that amplifier is a bad combination. Your only reasonable option is to wire one subwoofer per channel, giving them an anemic 50w each.

Buck up and purchase a new amplifier if you want any kind of real performance out of those subs.

Or.....ditch one of the subs and bridge the amplifier to a single one of the Pioneers. With a decent ported enclosure, you would probably get satisfactory subbass.......
