Where did the factory go? US companies are beginning to learn that mexicans **** *** at factory labor.I know in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana they lost a few part suppliers for the automotive industry. I know of at least 4 factories within a 30 mile radious that closed and each one had a few houndred to a 1000 workers.
I know Eaton closed and the jobs went to Mexico (automotive leaf springs) my sister worked there until it closed, Foamex moved automotive foam production to a new plant in Mexico (1 shift and a few workers lost their jobs there).... Dana closed a few plants and lost jobs to Mexico. http://www.journalgazette.net/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20081111/BIZ/811110301/-1/BIZ09&template=printartWhere did the factory go? Your questioning of EVERYTHING is more anecdotal...Is Canada it's own planet now?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gifVerified statistics, please. Anecdotes mean nothing to me.
His questioning of everything is Candadian...don't give them more credit than they deserve. It's more about Socrates and questioning everything in search for the truth.Your questioning of EVERYTHING is more anecdotal...Is Canada it's own planet now?//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif
I don't know how those places are doing. So I really can not say one way or the other...It's not like many of those places even have a voice to be heard from in my area anymore. His questioning of everything is Candadian...don't give them more credit than they deserve. I still stand behind my statement about moving labor to Mexico. It's short-run rationale by poor management. The productivity of those plants are much less than US. In the long run, I have strong belief they will come back to the US.
What voice? They want to stand up against economic theory? I am not sure what that voice is? Does that voice want the government to guarentee full employment?I don't know how those places are doing. Specific factories, it would be hard to collect such data. Some can be teased out of annual reports. There is some international stats here and there...no, I don't have links. They are industry reports we get in class that my school pays for. Unfortunately, this info isn't free.meaning there is noone in my area that would or could know how those factories are doing now.
2003-2005 democrats swore on the holy grail that there was nothing wrong with the housing industry.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif MANY of which held positions in banking and financing committees. The highest ranking senate member for doing so Chris Dodd is about to be sent away for illegal activity with a mortgage company...Most all of the twits that turned their backs to the situation back then are in power now, spending YOUR money trying to fix it. If they were so corrupt to recieve gifts and huge campaign donations to turn their backs on a known problem, what makes you think those clowns are going to fix it now? Some Democrats laughed at and *****ed at the regulators there is a bunch of video footage of it! They even said Franklin Raines did an "excellent job":laugh:I'm not sure how people can argue so affirmatively for 100% free market when we have so many crooks and people who time and time again take advantage of and **** the rest of us to make money. We may as well just make the literal act of **** and murder legal and call it the free capitalist market.

I don't really at all, rather, I have quite a few views that are in line with republican agenda as well.
