secondary battery parallel

Hi

As HO alt is not very cheap to import to finland so i am going to have secondary battery.I have underhood YT 55amp and i am getting some aftermarket battery which is 70amp so guys let me know can i connect the batteries in parallel as they are of different amperage? I do not want to split charge coz i do not play with engine off.

cool...do i have to put a fuse at the wire running from second battery to amp?

Is it good to get-ve from the battery or from the chassis?
