Second Battery and Amp Grounding

I'm putting in a second battery into my trunk. Would it be better for the amps to have separate grounding points on the chassis, battery and amps grounded to the same point on the chassis, or the amps connected directly to the negative terminal of the second battery and then grounded to the chassis? Thanks y'all

Got it figured out! Thankfully a friend just found out about KunKonceptz UBT-20 terminal adapters that allow multiple connections to my type 94...
