I can see myself already...cursing my *** off, as i try to get the first few screws on the baffle while trying to support and position the 8 incher

Did you set the lowest one first, i take it? and then the top one? and go from there...

Ill tell you what I did...

Pre drill all the holes in the baffle. Use the holes to drill holes in the door. Attach screws in 4 opposite ends to the baffle with woofer in place... Screw the baffle and rest of srews in. Not too hard, a slight PITA. DEFINATLY worth it though.
