sealed or ported

i have tried both and i thought the sealed was a harder hitting box (more shaking) and ported was just loud not hard your thoughts?

what was your ported tuned to? ported tuned low should be loud and hard hitting.

He prolly had a shitty prefab tuned to like 45

X2 ive tried both sealed with 8-12" ,sealed with 4-15" and i tried ported with both with the sealed my car interior was just falling apart,now with ported and more power its louder but less hard hitting

My thoughts?
You didn't provide near enough information for us to determine why you may have come to this conclusion. It really depends on a lot of different factors... including the specific driver in question (some do better sealed, some better ported), box size (and tuning if ported), etc.
