sealed or ported? facing me, up, or away?

what will be best for one 10" w7 a sealed box or ported box am putting my speaker on a hatchback which would be the best way to face it

In a hatch normally it will sound good facing up or back. Just move the dang box around and see which one is louder. Doh.

i wouldnt want to make a box that is supposed to face backward and realize that its best facing up ... doh.

it really makes no difference, just saves space .

face it backwards.... this generally eliminates some of the free-standing air waves (similar to what pollyfill does on the inside of the box). it will add slightly more sound quality to it.
