Sealed Doors Question

Alright I began deadning my doors today. I got all the deadner and the ensolite done on one door. But my doors have quite a bit of holes, including where the speaker is at. Anyways my question is, what do you guys use to seal up the holes? I saw in the sticky he used plexi, well I don't really have the tools to cut plexi or want to spend money on plexi.

BTW of it in the process

bahahahahhahahaaaaahhhahahahaa i thought you were a filthy rich 17 yearold that made more than his own mother.... you can't afford plexi? that door looks like shit, by the way.

Buy very thin alum. sheet metal from home depot, it comes in sheets, only about $10 or so. Use tin snips to cut out shapes that are a little larger than your holes. I used deadener matt to secure mine down, plus some heavy duty glue stuff from a caulk gun, mostly just the matt though, my glue wasn't too great I think. Then put matt over your metal.

I used plywood but plexiglas would be better (will not matter if it gets wet). It will take some time to do it right no matter how you go. Take your time. Also both my driver side and passenger side doors had the same cut-out so I cut parts to fit both doors at the same time.
