Crystal sscs6 + Jeep Grand Cherokee

Hey, I am very much close in buying a pair of these for my 05 jeep grand cherokee.

Anyone own a cherokee of the 05, 06, 07 years and can tell me if they fit?

I checked on crutchfield but it did not give me the mounting depth and Overall depth that my car can handle.

if you bought them and the depth was too great. you could get some 1\2" or 3\4" MDF or plywood from the store and cut some rings out to lift them away from the door. takes maybe 10 minutes to cut them. just screw them into the stock locations, and then attach your component mid to the wood. should give enough clearance.

If use a spacer to make available the space, would the same factory grill i plan on using fit over it?

most often yes.

sometimes no. you have to plan for this kind of stuff and fabricate things to see if they will fit. if you cant use 3\4" MDF then try 1\2. if not 1\2 try some 1\4" hardboard. if not that maybe use 1\16" aluminum\steel.
