well, like i said, he was on roe then after i brought this info out to the public, he left and i just found him so its kind of hard to talk to someone if you cant find them. and if its only $30, would you like to paypal me the money, i mean its only $30.

if $30 is that important to you then you should have tried harder to get a refund a year ago

Why are people saying get over it? So what if we've been scammed in the past (I have too), if there's a way to get the money back or locate the punk who did it, why not? I'd go after the guy who scammed me, but he's in jail so there's no point.

A year is a long time though....

You should have taken care of this a year ago, not wait a year then complain about it.

Do you have a tracking #? Call UPS and see about filing a claim if the truck was in an accident (whether he is BS you or not). Goto your local police station and file a report, explain the situation and that you would like to resolve it because what happened is you were robbed. Call and check the money order # to see if it was cashed. Take it along to the police station for proof that the money order was cashed and you did not receive your item. They will follow up on it and get in touch with his local authorities. From there they will usually goto his house and try to resolve the matter.

no inject. no tracking number because it was never shipped. i still got the stub in my truck, i got the money order at a gas station, do i just take it to them and they can run it or what?

There should be a phone number on the stub that you can call and have the money order traced. It will tell you when it was cashed, if it was cashed. Where it was cashed, and who cashed it. If not goto the store you bought the money order from ask them for the number, if they wont give it to you buy a money order for the lowest amount you can. 5 cents, 10 cents, what ever is the lowest just so you can get a money order in your hand to get the phone number, might end up spenden a dollar to get the money order in your hand just to get the phone number off the back. get the info mailed, emailed, or faxed to you so you have proof on paper. take it along to the police station with you so they see that there was a transaction and you're not just making stuff up .

Just get everything taken care of on your end, hopefully he'll come around and send your item or pay up. If not let the authorities handle it. Scammers FTL.
