sander questions

well my little companion sander has just about had it as well as the batteries, and id like to get a new sander. What kind should i get, palm, random orbit?

I looked around at lowes today. Id like to spend no more than $60.

i saw these two.

and at home depot they have a ryobi one for 35, which would be nice. I have a ryobi circular saw and it works fine, so it seems like it would be fine.

Used it...and on top of that i work at lowes

My black and decker is decent, but it doesn't flush sand at all. What would your recommend for that (sorry for thread jack, but it is related)? Belt sander, or higher quality RO?

Higher Quality OR i love the porter cable as well.
