I have 2 JL audio 12W3V2's and a 500/1 I'd like to install in my 'new' 05 Silverado ext cab.
Under the seat downward firing is looking like the way to go from all of the reading I've done on here - but @ 1.25 cu ft per sub - I'm having a hard time figuring out how to build the box and get it in under the seats. I'm not opposed to raising the seat if needed - but I sure could use some good plans to do this one - could be my toughest install yet.
I saw subthump.com's box for 2 12's firing downward - but don't really want to pay $185 for it - and Im open to 1 12 ported if that'll get the job done better - just need some advice.
