hey guys, i need some advice on how i should fire 2 15" Type R, what should i make each chamber, im think 34hz @ 4 cubs per chamber, how big of port do i need?

I have one 12" L7 in my s-10 ext. cab and i have it firing up with port up...my old box had it firing the sub foward and the port out the left side and it did not sound half as loud as my new one firing up. i have mine tuned at 32 hz and i love it. like i said its a single 12 L7 and it may not sound good with 2 R's but i know in my s-10 firing both subs and port up was ALOT better. i have some roof flex now the with the open cab i thing it helps....nothing to block the sound.....

and i would make a chambered box.....that way if one sub goes out you dont loose the other one....pluse i think it sounds better.....

just some ideas for you, its **** hard to fit 2 15's i bet in there, i had trouble with two 10's ported.

what kind of carpeting is that? where do i get it? walmarts carpet isnt nice enough..

1st & last boxes is covered in the wally world special.

middle is from a carpet store, had the adhesive already on the back, thickcarpet, really tuff stuff.

ive pulled many a dakota out in my day.not hatin, both are good trucks, just wish had the xtra 2 cylinders.

yeah mines the 3.9 6 cyl..i want the 4.7 tho. one of mmy good friends has a zr2. we've beat the **** out of that thing..good old chevy. hes a little rich boy..and im not..so i havent put my dakota what hes put his s10 through..yet. mines at 125k miles right now..when it hits 145-150k im gunna do a 4.7 or 5.9 swap with a 3 inch lift on 33x12.50 super swampers

i have a ZR-2 also and it's ****ing hard to beat. Tough ass truck

if you want two fifteens its easily possible. Just to get the box in your def gonna have to remove the seats. If oyu notice on kpzrs application it has alot of space in front and to the sides and he isnt even close to touching the window line.I think its mannyb but he got 8 cu ft after displacement with out going over the window line. Mines 3.4at 36 built by kpozr doesnt touch window line and I got alot of area . I might add a few 10's to it and an 2500d and do 10 at 36hz after isplacemnt. You go tthe room easy just take the seats out to get the box in.
