RV Install

So my neighbor who I have done installs for so many times, is getting ready to buy an RV he has already sat with me and talked about he wants a system which was not a surprise to me. His budget will be around 2800 bucks. Now I am not sure about what model it is and how the RV is setup. But from what I understand the front head unit controls the left and right speakers and than in the back living room area and all there is a separate receiver for the audio there. Is this correct? Also what should I expect I will have an entire month to work on this as well. I already told him you will probably want 2 12's in there for bass. Any advice or pics would be helpful. Thanks

fvck... $2800 should be plenty for a rv lol ... We only have one reciever in ours and it runs all the inside speakers and 2 outside speakers

i cant help but if i had that much money and an rv talk about a kick *** system its a portable rave. That would be an amazing roadtrip

Well they love music and I have done there HT setup and there car systems as well, that is why they want me to do it. I just want to get an idea of what to expect.

LOL that is what I was afraid of. I am thinking IF it is a separate thing for the rear system than a onkyo receiver hidden somewhere and a rf remote to control it. As for the front a nice alpine head unit with a set of focals and 2 12's in the back somewhere. And maybe something that can allow them to use the same subs while watching a movie or something. are you trying to do automotive stuff or HT stuff?

dont know which is more efficient for RV's and such

Thanks man I try my best and am always trying to push myself for new things. As for the other question I am not sure what I am trying to do if it has both HT and car audio than I will probably do both.
