AGM FTW!
My good friend has been saying for 15 yrs he wants a setup with different cone sizes to hit a variety of frequencies hard.
ie. a 12" 10" and 8" in the same car. Is this a good idea in your personal opinion? If each had a separate enclosure with plenty of air space and tuned properly to the spec. of each woofer.
Or one enclosure with separate chambers and ports.
I figured it's been discussed before but I just wanted some opinions from some members here on if it's a good idea and the best way to execute it.
Separate amps? processing ect.
I'm thinking a
eD13.av2 on 1500@RMS in my 2.4cube 33hz box.
And and XFL10 in an enclosure tuned higher on 1200W RMS
And then a juicy 8" in a box tuned even higher or sealed w/ 500-800W RMS to handle that tight bass in the higher frequencies.
What are your thoughts on this? TIA
