Rockford P3 vs. RE Audio *** vs. Alpine Type R

Birthday's coming up soon. Contemplating which 12" subwoofer to get. They more or less have the same specs, but I don't really have the option to go somewhere and compare them. Anybody with firsthand experience know which to get?

For less money you can get American Bass XFL, Cadence S2W12, Sundown SA12, Obsidian 12, I can keep going
