Rockford 12's w/ 1600 watt Legacy -> WIRING HELP!

God damm, im confused. PLEASE HELP ME!

What's the most effective?

AMP:

AMERICAN LEGACY LA1490 1600watt

2 x 800 Watts 1 x 1600 Watts Bridged

2 Ohm Stereo Stable, Bridgeable into 4 Ohms

SUBS:

2 ROCKFORD FOSGATE 12" DVC 400rms 800watt max

Right now, I have the 2 subs in a sealed box. I have the + + and - - together on each side, wired to the connector on the back of the box.

this is what i mean.

How the hell do i wired the 2 subs up to my amp? It is obviously a generic peiece of ****. Im very frusteraited!

what im trying to ask, is what is the most effective?

I'd like to MONO BRIDGE the amp into the 2 subs. Is this possible? If the amp is 2ohm stable in STEREO, does that mean it's not possible if it's mono bridged w/ the 2 subs?

according to your wiring diagram you have it right so far.... now just wire the subs to the amp in stereo (each sub wired in parallel is creating a 2ohm load) wich will give you a 2ohm stereo load. thats the best way for your given amp.

or better yet (ONLY if each voice coil is 4 ohm!) ... wiring each sub in series creates a 8 ohm load and then bridging the amp will create a 4 ohm load. the most bang for your amp!
