I get a 2.67 ohm load with three 4ohm DVC woofers.

ok, i still got a little flex in the baffle. and it is bugging me so fu(king bad. what should i do to stop it? do you think if i added another piece of mdf to the baffle (flush mount) it would stop? the sub comes to the top and the bottom so it would be a 3 piece deal... like this

Why not run some allthread from the baffle to the rear wall of the box? That will stop flexing and wont take much time at all.

did you not see the internal pics? the allthread would have to go thru the port and thru the port brace. well i guess i could offset it to miss the brace. but i'm a freak for symetrical. it would probably bug me too much if it was offset. i think i might try taking the brace thats in it now, out. and cut another like 1/4" longer and squeeze it in. would it hurt the baffle to have a constant pressure on it like that? or would i be better off just doubling the baffle.

i wanna get this fixed! the more i listen to it the more i don't like this box with it being so close to me i can hear the wood flexing!

if you plan on covering it or just dont even care. fiberglass should really help.

mix up some resin and hardener, and put it all over the inside of the baffle.

do the outside too ? maybe

Then throw on your extra baffle while the resin's still wet. That will be SURE to stop that wood from flexing!
