oh ya, and i had to mount them sideways a little cause the frame did end up hitting the port by like 1/8" oh well

i like how they are angled personally, i wasnt sure if you did that just for looks or not

jellyfish - with the rl-p's in your old box and/or this one, have you heard anything louder. if so, what was it that you heard? i'm going for a similar setup, and i would like to see how loud it would be, compared to other subs.

Glad everything worked out for ya, I'm gonna finish my box tommarow, just got everything cut out tonight. Probaly gonna have to use some cheap spray paint in the mean time in order to match the box to the interior, probaly won't have room for carpet.

this is louder (by ear) than anything i've heard or owned. my bro has 2 L7's and i blow him away, i got a cabin gain advantage on him, cause he got a suburban. the 5ft@36Hz was WAY loud!! the 5ft sealed there was a noticable drop in output, but don't get me wrong, it still WANGed! and the lows were better than the 36Hz box. the 6ft@25Hz ...higer freq say above 40Hz, louder than sealed, not quite as loud as 36Hz...but the lows, sub-30Hz will literaly kick you right in the back of the head. my only competition is my friend with the 2 HCCA's and a bd1000 on each one. but we'll see soon enough. he agreed to go get metered with me after i got this new box done so hopefully in a week or two i'll have some numbers for you guys.

Thanks for the reply man now i REALLY need to buy two SS RL-p 15's...

and find a way to get them into my Camry trunk :-o
