RF 3sixty.3 wont turn on

hey guys, I tried to update my 3sixty.3 but it failed to update. Immediately after the unit wont turn on. Has anyone had this issue and solved it?

I've had it working for a few years now but its very buggy.

Lol thanks man. I did do some research and reached out to them before I came on here. Figured I'd see if anyone has had the same issue while I wait for their response
