Reset Gain and turned off Bass Boost......

well i have my loudness on my pioneer head unit on the LOW setting instead of MID or HIGH, hits harder with it on LOW

I was told Bass Boost......enhances the bass at only ONE frequency......that is why it sounded more boomy.

yep, when i started, i always left it on thinking i would have crazy bass. then one day i turned it off and never turned it back on. the gain also makes a big difference, its much more clear when gain is set right

Absolutely!!!! I was stunned at how much cleaner everything was. A drum kick sounded just like the set was in my backseat.......low bass rattles the whole car. It just sounds so much better to me now. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
