Remember Nick hogan's accident? Well this is what the passenger....

In all honesty I don't believe Nick was driving the car. After speaking with him after it happened, and looking at the photos of the car it just doesn't seem as if that is the truth. If you look at the drivers portion of the vehicle it would seem as if the one driving would have sustained the substantial amount of bodily injury. Also the steering wheel placement would be on par with where the now gaping hole is in his friends head.

All the facts don't add up and it seems as if it was a cover up for who was really driving rather than what had really happened. Granted we all know that Nick can't drive for shit but the facts don't add up in this case.

In the United States, comparative negligence is a partial defense that reduces the amount of damages that a plaintiff can recover in a negligence-based claim based upon the degree to which the plaintiff's own negligence contributed to cause the damages. When this defense is asserted, the fact-finder, usually a jury, must decide the degree to which the plaintiff's negligence versus the combined negligence of all sued defendants contributed to cause the plaintiff's damages. It is a modification of the doctrine of contributory negligence, which disallows any recovery by a plaintiff whose negligence contributed, even minimally, to causing the damages.

Holy shit! Poor dude, is that piece of shit still locked up? He should get charged for manslaughter even though he's not dead. To be fair to him, they should put him out of his misery, that shit's just sad. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I agree thats sad that hes going to be a vegetable for the rest of his life, but what do his parents care? They wouldnt even take care of him when he was ALIVE.
His parents were dirtbags, his brother was in prison for kidnapping, and he was living with the Hogans. Hulk paid the family a shitload of money each month just so they could get by. He paid over a million dollars in hospital bills for John when this happened. He even took John into his home like a member of the family since he know his home life was such shit because his parents were assholes.

The Grazianos are lowlifes. Nick didnt MEAN for this to happen. Why would he? That was his best friend and like a big brother to him. The most something like this could even be charged with is manslaughter, if the victim actually died. Yeah, Nick was driving like a douchebag. What happened is his fault, no denying that. If you're going to drive a car with that much power, you're going to drive it like an *******. Esepcially when you race cars for a living. Im sure John wouldnt have had any objections, since he raced cars also.

So it IS Nicks fault, but dont you think having to see your best friend like that and live with that feeling for the rest of your life would be punishment enough? Much less having to go to jail? And be sued for every penny you're worth?

In most cases like this, where there is an accident where one person accidentally causes death to another, they are let off with a slap on the wrist and a civil suit. There was another story where a truck driver swerved to miss a car who cut in front of him, and ended up hitting another car and killing its occupants. He was let off with no reprocussions whatsoever.

Its an accident, and Im sure John wouldnt want to see his family taking the Hogans apart for everything they have and making death threats, just like the Hogans dont want to see John in the state he is in.

Couldn't have said it anybetter.............but I do feel like getting into my car and going 100mph straight into a wall for agreeing with you. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif

They're just trying to make an example out of Nick because the case gets a lot of press. They want to try and scare people out of street racing with harsh penalties. Accidents like this happen everyday and the driver might go to jail for a few months at the most.
