the video of him pulling the back fuse screwed to the box looked fine. It had some scratches on the hook part but the fuse itself wasn't broken at all.

Looked like his run of wire from the front battery to the back battery was loose at the fuse holder connection, causing arcing, leading to the lovely finish of the holddown tab on the fuse holder.
