I'm not sure if the liquid nails is going to matter. Along as you think that the box is sturdy and holds well you should be good. I use wood glue. Also, make sure you get some good ventilation for that Hifonics amp. Looks like a really good setup though.

What do you have against liquid nails. This is liquid nails for wood projects. What should I be using instead for next box I build.

My thing against liquid nails is the fact that it doesn't hold up as well under the vibrations as regular wood glue does. You can pry apart an enclosure built with liquid nails, where as you have to break apart a glued enclosure .
