Recone?

Ok i dont even need a recone i just need a cone and a surround... Is there any company that i could send my Two Kicker C12's to because they are really loose, and would a new cone/surround help this?

If they were loose feeling wouldnt it be the spider? If you still want to redo the surround then maybe do it yourself? You can buy a kit at decware .

Most likely if the suspension is worn, simply replacing the cone and surround wont help alot. Most of the suspension control for the linear in and out motions is actually done by the spider(s), while the surround helps keep the cone in line laterally. Point is, if the subs are overly loose at this point, they probably need more than just surrounds. Have you considered new subs, as you could pick up some pretty comparable (if not better) subs pretty cheap.

but i love my subs... lol actually after i got the money i was looking into some LI's but i need a job badly now..
