recone for xfl 15

I blew my american bass xfl 15 and want to get it reconed.it seems dealing with fixmyspeaker.com will be a pain in the ***.I dont wanna have to spend $200+ to replace my xfl 15 and just have the motor sitting around.this guy on YouTube said the soundqubed HDC3 15 recone will fit my sub.is that true.what should I do?
