Idk if I isolate just the mids, they sound very unclear and they don't sound smooth or clean, you can't just TA the mids right? I thought I did a good job on the door install maybe I have to do more.

TA is not going to magically clear up midrange. Do you have any pictures of your doors as you were installing your speakers and doing the sound deadening?

No but I want to do some more to the doors tomorrow, I will post them up when I do.

Just listening to one mid its sounds very raspy and hurts my ears, I wonder how much of this is caused by the speaker or the install.

You should add some foam around the outside of the surround so it seals off when you put the door panel on. Could be losing sound back into the door.
