reccomendations for 4 channel amp

how is the rockford p4004? I can get that on ebay for about $140

from what i've read on the new rockford amps, they are pretty underrated and solid amps.

from all the reviews I have seen about this amp, they seem to do about 85 WRMS x 2 @ 4 ohms. The speakers that I would be using and 50WRMS and 35WRMS so Im going to set the gain at min or whatever is the best. What would be better of the 2 amps the rockford or the premier that I talked about in the 1st post?
