Reccomend me a 4" speaker

I need one to go into the B-Pillar right by my ear in my single cab, the hole is for a 4x6 but those sound like shit..will be ran off of HU power, just need something up there, sound decent and not distort, front stage will consist of whats in my sig.

2 sets of crescendo 6.5s and RF T1 tweets, ran off the PDX 4.150 i have coming in the mail..

disscusss

Hertz DCX100, went through about 6 sets of speakers in the dash of my Toyota, and the Hertz's made an impression, very soft midrange and tweeter, not overbearing, makes for a very full sound.

How would it affect the stage if they are behind you?
two things...a midbass can be used behind you. its nondirectional operating range. some of the best sq installs ever used rear speakers...the second is the main thing...he is using his hu to run speakers so he needs as much output as possible to hear the music i would imagine.

Well I know what my next fiberglassing project is...

I've been looking at 4" for my A-pillar and these were recommended to me by a couple different people.

how much do they run?

I have thought about this.. just not sure if HU power would even make them worth it though.
